Day 63: Yesterday the girl called her big brother her best friend ♥️. They've spent so much time together lately, I think it's definitely strengthened their bond. . We should've been on a family holiday in Whitby this week, but instead today we began our "holiday at home". Day 62: My favourite spot in the house. . After letting the kids pretty much entertain themselves this week, the house was a complete state. It's taken the entire day to sort it out, but we've finally reclaimed it. I feel like I can sit in the conservatory again without feeling like I'm in the midst of a playgroup (ignoring the indoor slide obvs). Thanks @devilsknees 😘 . #andrelax #favouritespot

Day 61: I've made it. Today was the first of 10 days off 😌 New dressing up clothes from Granny, toilet roll rockets, Gruffalo dominoes and NO LAPTOP has kept us entertained. . #noworktoday #overandout

Day 58: My workstation. They say a cluttered desk is the sign of a cluttered mind. And they're right. "But, Mummy," said the boy yesterday "Your work is just sending people messages." So true. I spend futile hours in Teams meetings and email chains, the primary purpose of which is seemingly the exponential spread of confusion. There has been no school activities for the past week. The house is a mess. The kids predominantly watch The Land Before Time and jump off furniture. I surrender. . #notwavingbutdrowning #furloughmeplease

Day 56: Back to old faithful. I don't usually take pictures of the stable block, but we stuck to the open space as the paths were busier. Definitely more people out today, but still enough space to kick a ball around. #mysundayphoto
